Pickles
A range of homemade pickles awaits. We make seasonal favourites to tickle the tastebuds in small batches. We use local produce where possible. My large bramley apple tree bear large fruits in autumn and make delicious pickles, some made with beer I source from the local breweries Drop the anchor and The way outback. The Naga chillies are Dorset nagas which i also grow . The large fruity chillies are delicious and hot!

Jams
The age old process of jam making goes back to the first century AD and a wonderful way of preventing food waste or spoilage by preserving. We only use pure cane sugar with a higher percentage of fruit, so our jam is called extra jam.

Cake
Whether the words were ever really uttered `let them eat cake`its a sentiment close to our heart. Sometimes it is time to eat cake! We do a variety of round or loaf cakes, some are iced too. These are from 5-12 portions and have a shelflife of a few days
